Pastor Roger W. Mullins, the oldest son born unto Ethel Hodge Mullins and The late Robert L. Mullins January 15, 1956 in Martinsville, Virginia.  He is married to Evangelist Bernice H. Mullins and they are blessed with three children, Renata, Roger and Ricardo.  He has 3 grand children, Darrell, Quincy and Xavier. He is the former pastor of the New Hope Church of God in Christ, Watertown, New York and The Anchored Hope Church of God in Christ Martinsville, Virginia.

Pastor Mullins has an A.A.S degree in Computer Information Systems from Jefferson Community College, Watertown, New York, a B.A. in Organizational Management from Morris College, a Masters of Education Degree in Technology from Lesley University Cambridge, Massachusetts, an Educational Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Cambridge College Boston, Massachusetts. He is a member of the Gamma Iota Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. in Sumter, SC.   At the present, Pastor Mullins is a Assistant Principal at Sumter High School.
